Our story
A small, hands-on data practice
TSG Data Solutions was founded in 2026 to bring nearly two decades of experience in client integration, reporting and automation to small and growing businesses. Our background spans recruitment technology, payments and system integrations, and independent consulting on dashboards and data pipelines. We built TSG to be hands-on, plain-spoken and focused on one outcome: helping you see your data clearly and act on it with confidence.
We started TSG because so many small and growing businesses sit on valuable data but lack the time, or a dedicated analyst, to turn it into decisions. Reports get built by hand, numbers live in five different places, and the people who need answers wait days for them.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and meaningful business intelligence, so organizations can make smarter, faster decisions without needing a data science team of their own.
