These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tsgdatasolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by TSG Data Solutions, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“TSG,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site and our services
The Site provides general information about our data visualization and analytics consulting services. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement or statement of work signed or accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the services.
2. No client relationship or commitment from the Site
Contacting us through the Site, booking a consultation or reading information on the Site does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form before we have agreed on how it will be handled.
3. Examples and sample data
Dashboards, charts, before-and-after views and similar examples on the Site, including the interactive sample, use illustrative sample data. They are provided to show the type of work we do and do not represent actual client data, results or guaranteed outcomes. Results vary with each business’s data and circumstances.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by TSG or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site’s content for personal, non-commercial and business-evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a client is governed by the applicable client agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping it in a way that burdens it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSG and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TSG harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
