This Privacy Policy explains how TSG Data Solutions, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“TSG,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit tsgdatasolutions.com (the “Site”) or contact us about our data visualization and analytics consulting services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your first and last name, email address, the subject and message you write, and any other information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of requests. These logs are used to operate and secure the Site. The Site currently uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for the Site and its administration to function, and does not use advertising or third-party analytics tools.

Client project data. If you engage us for services, the business data you share with us is governed by our written agreement with you, which controls over this policy for that data.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
• To provide, document and follow up on the services you request.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, for example with service providers that host the Site, deliver email or provide the tools we use to run the business, who may process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of the business.

4. AI workflows

When we use AI-assisted workflows in our work, we use business-tier tools under commercial terms rather than public consumer AI tools, and we do not place client data in public AI services. We review AI-assisted output before it is delivered.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, and we limit access to what is needed for the work. For client engagements, we can support secure email and communications and data encryption when a project calls for it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. Raw client files are preserved as described in our client agreements.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services to function, such as web hosting and font delivery (for example, Google Fonts), which may receive technical information like your IP address when your browser loads them. The Site may also link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will respond as the law requires. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above.
